D'une cave viticole à une autre, d'un cabernet sauvignon à un rosé, en passant par un chardonnay, nous goûterons les meilleurs vins de la Galilée et du Golan. Rencontrant ces pionniers viticulteurs qui ont refleuri les terres de la Galilée et du Golan, nous profiterons de l'opportunité qui nous est offerte pour visiter les sites archéologiques et historiques de la région.
Marcher sur les pas des bédouins du désert de Judée. Partager sous leur tente un repas traditionnel. Ecouter et comprendre leur mode de vie, leur pensée, leur situation politique et physique dans cette région. S'ouvrir à une population dont le mode de vie n'a pas changé depuis deux mille ans. Voici ce qu'offre l'opportunité d'une visite d'une journée chez les bédouins. Nous les écouterons nous exposer de quelles manières ils abordent les défis que la modernité impose à une population millénaire.
A la rencontre d'illustres personnalités du monde chrétien, ayant délibérément choisi de s'installer et de vivre en Israël, des figures hors du commun s'ouvrent et s'expriment à propos des choix personnels qui les ont amenées à lier leur destin à celui de l'histoire du peuple d'Israël. Une excellente occasion, également, pour découvrir et visiter des monastères et abbayes d'un autre temps.
